Your order is Shipped via Fastways Express Courier Service or the Australia Post depending on your location.
Your tracking number will be emailed to you once your order has been shipped for you to track.
You will receive your items in 2-5 working days after your order has been purchased.

WARRANTY
RAD.INC eyewear cover our frames by a 12 month warranty against manufacturer and part faults. All items deemed faulty under our warranty terms will be repaired or replaced. RAD.INC eyewear frames are quality controlled and checked before being released to our valued customers.
RETURN POLICY
Your item(s) should be sent back to us within 10 days of receiving them. Returns outside of this timeframe may be accepted at the discretion of RAD.INC eyewear. If unsure please contact our customer service department [email protected] before shipping.
Our product must not be worn or damaged.
Our product should be returned in its original packaging.
If the Items are deemed damaged they will not qualify for a refund or exchange.
You as a customer will be required to cover all postage costs to return the item. RAD.INC eyewear is not responsible for any damage occurred to the item during return postage and it is advisable to ensure adequate packing is used.
